| Brilliant
day for Gransha’s Jump Cross
Glorious
weather made Sunday’s competition all the more enjoyable for
the excellent number of competitors and their families at Gransha’s
final round of the jumpcross series.
Record entries with a third of each class qualifying to jump off
against the clock confirmed that the organisers had gauged the standard
of fences and technicality of the courses well to suit the riders
and their mounts.
This
coming weekend there will be Working Hunter competitions, Horses
on Saturday and Ponies on Sunday. Again the courses will be well
thought out to give the riders and horses a good practice before
going to the Northern Ireland Festival in Necarne the following
weekend.
On
the 10th and 11th of May it will be time for some more fun! The
McVeigh family are again sponsoring the 12’s and Under 2 Phase
competition on the Saturday with classes ranging from 50cms to 70cms.
On the Sunday the classes will follow on with 70’s, 80’s
and 90cm classes for juniors and seniors.
These
competitions are pre-entered to help with the organisation so please
download schedules and entry forms from www.granshaequestrian.co.uk.
